The pastor student is the center of everything that we do. Whether a guard at the gate, a cook in the kitchen, a gardener keeping the flowers or a teacher in class, whether a donor or a house keeper, we do what we do for the success of the training of the pastor.
When on campus, they are the executives and everything done is to ensure their smooth learning.
From the class to the tent and the play ground, the activities are focused on training the pastor and helping them build a network that will last and that will ensure maximum benefit for their ministries.
Through the semester sessions, group work, corporate prayers, and encouraging messages preached, the pastors are given a retreat designed to rejuvenate them so that when they are back home they will be refreshed to serve their congregations and community with new strength.
